Site conditions are monitored and recorded before and during the installation ensuring that site conditions meet the pre-requisites required.

Atmospheric and sub- floor moisture levels are measured before and throughout the installation process.

Communication… we’re passionate about going the extra mile to delight our clients and we believe communication is the key... from the moment you make contact, through the survey, design and install process we’ll keep you updated.

We provide all our clients with maintenance and cleaning kits at the completion of each and every installation.

We can also provide preventative maintenance programmes in order to protect your investment and keep your wood floor looking beautiful.
